House made toasted fruit muesli - served with poached seasonal fruits, pistachio and orange yoghurt

Orange Leaf is an American frozen yoghurt franchise that has “came [to] and conquered” Australia by establishing two froyo joints in Port Melbourne and Torquay.

I’m no geography buff, but shouldn’t it only be the Victorian state that is coloured and not the whole of Australia?

The place was understandably decked out in bright orange and green shades. It’s a wonder that I didn’t walk out craving carrots or something…

What a glorious site! Never have I seen so many froyo selections before!

See the little cups? FOR SAMPLE TESTINGS. It was tempting to try out a few more but I tasted only three before I decided on which flavour to go with.

An assortment of toppings.

And on the right, you have the more healthy selection of froyo toppings. To the left, not so healthy… but oh so very very delicious.

Everything is self-serve and the price is based on the weight of the froyo and toppings combined.

Strawberry and white chocolate frozen yoghurt.

Toppings: strawberries, chocolate Tim Tams and chocolate Oreos.

The yoghurt tasted fresh and very much similar to strawberry Fruche-brand fromage frais. Creamy but cold. The berries were quite sour but worked well with the sweet froyo. As for the chocolate bickie additions… enough said.

White chocolate strawberry frozen yoghurt topped with strawberries, Oreos and Tim Tams. The froyo and the toppings were all self-serve… it took a lot of self constraint to not go crazy with the Oreos and Tim Tims…
